The weather can affect the environment in a community. If it was always raining or snowing, extremely cold or boiling hot, then it would make a big difference in a community. People from the community would be outside to start trouble (not everyone) if it was hot. Then if it was cold outside, people would be inside, not doing anything wrong (I hope). I’m not saying that the weather needs to the same all the time, because I know it helps out the environment with the grass and trees and more.
