Gangs would be another affecting situation to its environment. So many gang members are around trying to sell their drugs. Drive-by happing, innocent people dying over stupid reasons. And they don’t seem to go away, because they see so many little kids are outside and they assume that they can bribe them into selling drugs or else holding things for them.
